Introductory Workshop

In this course, you will get to understand how easy Pastel Art can be with just your fingers. You will learn the origin of Pastel Nagomi Art. You will discover how it is able to soothe emotions, calm and relax the mind, reduce stress and depression, increase self-awareness, self-discovery, enhance self-esteem and confidence, bring joy and harmony to the heart, and stimulate aestheticism and an inner sense of beauty.

• Learn about the tools required for JPNA
• Learn basic finger painting skills and techniques for Nagomi Pastel Art with hard pastel colour
